Member Donations and Loans

The club has embarked on a major redevelopment of its facilities, including a brand new clubhouse and resurfacing of the front three courts, to be ready in spring 2010. The total cost of the project is estimated at £267,000, which will largely be financed by club funds and a Sportscotland lottery grant. But this still leaves a shortfall of approximately £30,000, which will be covered by a Charity Bank loan.

Obviously, to reduce future outlay we would prefer to minimise any loan and are asking the members to make donations. If you are in a position to make any form of donation please download and complete the donation/loan form and return it along with your cheque to Morven English, 29 Fullerton Drive, Troon KA10 6EL. If you are a taxpayer please remember to tick the gift aid box to allow the club to claim back the tax on your donation.
